Keri came to the Engineering Department as Assistant Engineer in April 2008. She has nineteen years experience in civil engineering. Her duties include survey and drafting for design of various projects including utility installation/upgrade, communicating with contractors, acquiring rights of way as needed, preparation of deeds, researching records, record keeping, assistance with zoning issues, coordinating the bid process for various projects, assistance with the water treatment and waste water treatment plants and reviewing erosion and sediment plans for new construction sites including necessary inspections. She has also received certification from New River Community College as a construction cost estimator.
